From where does SEOprofiler get the competitive intelligence data?

We run our own crawling servers to offer you the best possible data for your research.

The sophisticated technical infrastructure that is needed to offer you our detailed backlink, ranking and AdWords databases costs us several thousand dollars each month.

We do the work and you get the high quality information that you need. With SEOprofiler, you get accurate data that is not available on other websites.

Some facts about our databases:

• More than one hundred web servers continually search the web for new links, rankings and Google AdWords ads.
• Our backlink and ranking databases are several terabytes big (1000 GB are 1 terabyte).
• Our databases are continually updated and extended to make sure that you get accurate and actionable data.

The reports show an outdated image of my website. Why?

We get the thumbnail image for your website from thumbhots.com. In general, the thumbnail images show the current version of a website but for some less popular sites, the thumbnail image might be outdated.

The image is only used to illustrate the analyzed website and it has nothing to do with the contents of the reports. The reports are always based on up-to-date data.

Can I have further information about the backlink data?

We operate our own web crawlers to find the high quality backlinks that Google and other search engines won't show you. Our web crawlers analyze the web and update our link database on a continuous basis, globally. As we find new pages, or new links on existing pages, we can add these straight to our database.

• All of our links are available with extra data, for example the ratio of outbound and same-site links on the linking page, the position of a link on the page or tags (in addition to data such as anchor texts, attributes, age, title of linking page, etc.).
• The database is continually updated every minute.
• All of our links are canonicalized and unique, for example www.example.com/index.html and example.com/ count as the same link for us. Our backlink reports inform you about canonical problems on your website.
• Outdated links are regularly deleted to keep the database fresh.
• We do not index links from Asian and most African web pages, for example we do not index links from .cn or .th pages because our target group cannot read these pages anyway.
• We don't differentiate between www.domain.com and domain.com. Both count as the same subdomain for us. Of course, you can also run reports for subdomains.
• We don't index links from a site to itself. SEOprofiler only collects inbound links, not same site links.
• Our backlink reports group and filter the backlinks so that you get actionable information. We parse the links for you. Of course, you also get a CSV file with the raw data.
• You get up to 30,000 backlinks to any domain with SEOprofiler. That's much more than you get from Google or other sites. If you find a service that promises billions of links, check how many links you will actually get. You will always get more links with SEOprofiler.

Can I have further information about the AdWords and ranking data?

We monitor the rankings and ads for the 15 million most popular keywords. The top 1,000 keywords account for 10.6% of all searches, and every fifth search is for one of the most popular 10,000 keywords. 20-25% of all queries have never been searched before.

Any further keyword after the top 10,000 ones belongs to the "long tail". Long tail keywords are very specific keywords that aren't searched very often.

The 15 million keywords that we check represent the vast majority of the keywords that are regularly searched on Google and that regularly deliver the most visitors.

We monitor keywords in 15 countries of all continents:

Why does it take so long to display some result pages in my web browser?

The analysis tools in SEOprofiler deliver much more information than other analysis tools. In addition, the results are parsed and sorted so that you get the information that is the most important to you as quickly as possible.

The result pages can become very large. For example, the weekly organic keyword opportunities page can have a size of more than 2 MB. If you have a slow Internet connection and an old web browser, it can take some time to display such as page.

With a modern browser and a computer that has at last 2 GB RAM, there won't be any problems (the more RAM, the better).

We recommend that you install the latest version of Firefox, Google Chrome or MS Internet Explorer to make sure that you get the best performance.

Pricing and ordering

How can I buy SEOprofiler and how much does it cost?

You can pay with credit card or PayPal. SEOprofiler is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. There are no termination fees or any other hidden fees. Detailed pricing information can be found on the pricing page.

PayPal is not available for the special offer. Why?

Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow a lower entry price for subscription offers. If you want to pay with PayPal, please use our regular order page.

Regardless of the order page, you have a full 30 day money back guarantee for the first month and you can cancel anytime.

How do you handle refunds?

You have an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. If you decide that SEOprofiler is not for you within 30 days, you will get a full refund. Just contact us through the private support forum.

Refunds cannot be issued after your initial 30 days and we don’t prorate for partial months.

How can I cancel my account?

If you are a paid member, go to Dashboard > Your account and click the cancellation link to cancel your subscription.

If you want to delete your account completely, contact us through the private support form.
